Action reports and customization
Storage
Action PDF reports and Action Plan PDF reports, in addition to being downloadable via the QMS Management screen, are stored in the EDM.
The PDF report of a plan is in the tree structure "Quality Management System > Actions > plan title".
The PDF report of an action is in the tree structure "Quality Management System > Actions > Plan title > Action reference > Reports".
Customization
Report templates are in docx format and are stored in the explorer, in the "Quality Management System/Templates" folder.
Action Plan reports and Action reports can be easily customized by using the tags described below in the template document.
To ensure proper functioning, we recommend copying/pasting the tags to avoid any typing errors or incorrect Word encoding.
