# Administration of non-conformity referentials

From the home page, click in the menu on "****Administration / Referential management****" to expand the menu. This feature allows customization of the form dropdown lists.

All application dropdown lists are customizable from the [referential manager]).

****Continuous Improvement Category****

| Referential | Applicable into |
| Type NC | NC declaration form. This value also serves to classify NCs in steering |
| Type défauts | List of root causes in the analysis step |

****Actions Category****

The referentials of this category are common between the DMS and SMQ.

| Referential | Applicable into |
| Organisations_sites | List in forms |
| Processus | List in forms. These values are also used in Process Management. A process must be attached to a Processus_Type. To delete a process, you must first remove it from the Processus_Type where it is attached. |
