Administration of references for process management

From the home page, click on "*Administration/ Reference Framework Management*" in the menu to expand the menu. This feature allows customization of form dropdown lists. All application dropdown lists can be customized from the reference framework manager.


Process List


The process list is defined in the "Action > Processes" reference framework



Process Categories List


Processes are grouped into categories (3 by default: Steering, Execution, Support) in the "Processus_Type" reference framework



After creating a process in the previous reference framework, it must be assigned to its category.


When editing a category, you must add it to the 'Processes' list, via the "+" icon as below:



Activities - Locations


Used in the "Function" reference framework, in the "Function_Location" parameter:



The activities of a function automatically appear in the "Location" column when adding a human resource.


Risks


The following reference frameworks are used in the risk module:



  • Risks - Impacts: Used in an evaluation
  • Risks - Probabilities: Used in an evaluation
  • Risks - Categories: Used in a risk
  • Risks - Controls: Used in an evaluation
