Administration features are accessible only to users with the "Admin" role
Event log
From the administration menu / Event log, the event log offers to search in the logs the history of events by type, users, IP address.

Only the history of the last 2 months is offered from this interface.
Sharing links
From the administration menu / List of sharing links, all sharing links generated by the application are accessible by administrators for viewing and deletion.
Configuration
Skip verification step
In the DMS settings, it is possible to bypass the verification step in the document circuit:

In this case a button will appear in the publication management page on documents in the "Verification" step:

A confirmation screen is displayed:

The document then moves to the "Approval" step and verification requests are abandoned.
Reference calculation
Several parameters can be used for reference calculation.

The number to the right of the last pipe indicates the number of characters to take (0 being the default value that retrieves everything). |

Version calculation
The "pkgdms.version.increment.type" property allows specifying the format of the version calculation of a deposit in the DMS. Accepted values are: "alphanumeric" and "numeric".
Explorer columns:
It is possible to display certain columns in the DMS explorer thanks to the "agl.gedexplorer.columns" property.

Make fields editable:
It is possible to make certain fields editable in the file properties screen ('Additional information' tab) accessible from the DMS explorer: thanks to the "pkgdms.explorer.data.editables" property.

These fields are editable only for people with a role present in the "pkgdms.explorer.data.editables.role" property. Usually, this property has the value "Admin".
It is possible to hide the 2 so-called "additional" fields in the monitoring / publication management screen by setting the value "false" to the property "pkgdms.monitor.field.additional1.active" and/or "pkgdms.monitor.field.additional2.active".
It is possible to hide the 2 so-called "additional" fields in the file properties screen ('Additional information' tab) accessible from the DMS explorer: by setting the value "false" to the property "pkgdms.explorer.field.additional1.active" and/or "pkgdms.explorer.field.additional2.active".
Field hiding:
It is possible to hide certain fields in the file properties screen ('Additional information' tab) accessible from the DMS explorer and also in the "History and Indicators" screen thanks to the "pkgdms.explorer.data.hideables" property. This hiding also takes effect in the search panel.
