If the user has the Administrator or Publisher right, they can directly publish the document without going through the validation circuit.

At the review/verification step, it is possible to make it so that when a reviewer refuses validation, the tasks to process for reviewers who have not yet validated the document are automatically deleted (parameter visas.skip.loop to true).
