Form customization

Administration features are accessible only to users with the "Admin" role


You can customize all forms to adapt the field layout, modify field labels or make fields mandatory.


From the administration menu / Forms, select the DMS category corresponding to the application.


The application forms are accessible and modifiable using the following selections:


StandardDeposit

Edit form

Form when the user clicks on Save at the writing step

StandardDeposit

StandardDeposit_start

Registration / document deposit form

StandardDeposit

Edit_selectPublication

Publication step form

Visa

Visa_form

Review (or verification) form

Read

Read_Form

Read confirmation form

Opinion

Opinion_Form

Opinion form


To access a form, select the one you want to modify then click on "Open".


From this page you can select a field:


  • Modify the field placement in the form
  • Modify the field label
  • Modify the colors
  • Modify the layout
  • Hide or make a field mandatory
