# Introduction to Non-Conformity Management

## Objectives

The non-conformity management module is a web solution offering:

* Control of the internal, external, supplier non-conformity management process.
* Traceability of records.
* Access security and procedure compliance.
* Simplified steering and monitoring of non-conformities.

Note that the role for the analysis step is now a parameter (it can therefore be assigned to AC_ResponsableQualite, for example - identical to the role of the last step)
