Introduction to Process Management
Process Management
Process management offers the possibility to easily manage your process sheets and benefit from a 360° view of the information concerning them.
When accessing the page, a synthetic view of the processes is proposed by default.
Interface
The home page is divided into 2 parts:
The left part includes:
- A search module
- An icon to return to the process management home page
- An "Add" button to add a process sheet
- A checkbox "My processes only" to display process sheets for which I am designated as pilot
- The list of processes, grouped by category (Steering, Execution, Support - see reference "Action > Processus_Type") then sorted alphabetically (processes defined in the reference "Action > Processus")
Each process is clickable to access its detailed content.
The right part includes a summary of each process in the form of a table or tile.

Process Summary
In the summary of a process, several pieces of information are proposed:
- Documents: Displays the number of associated documents, based on documents in the EDM (Electronic Document Management) part directly tagged on the process.
- Audit: Displays the last audit (its type, its start date)
In the case where there is no audit for the process, the following message is displayed 'The process has not yet been audited'
- Non-conformity: Displays the number of ongoing non-conformities
- Action: Displays the number of ongoing actions
- Risks: 3 counters are displayed, showing the number of minor, moderate and significant risks.
- Opportunities: 3 counters are displayed, showing the number of minor, medium and significant opportunities.
- Indicators: Displays a summary of 4 indicators (depending on the selection).
For each indicator is displayed:
- The percentage progression: from the last entry compared to the previous entry (green color if positive, red color if negative)
- The last entry
- The last period entered
- The label
