Introduction to stakeholders

Stakeholder management offers the possibility to manage your stakeholders in one place and benefit from a 360° view of information concerning them.

When accessing the page, a synthetic view of stakeholders is proposed by default.

Summary

The home page is divided into 2 parts:

The left part includes:

• A search module
• An icon allowing to return to the stakeholders home page.
• An "Add" button allowing to add a stakeholder.
• The list of stakeholders, grouped by family (cf. reference framework "StakeHolders > Family") then sorted alphabetically (stakeholders defined in the reference framework "StakeHolders > Stakeholders").

Each stakeholder is clickable to access its detailed content.

The right part includes an Influence / Interest matrix.

Filters can be applied to the matrix, such as type, family, sub-family, name, process.
