Management and history

Introduction

The DMS offers specific pages for monitoring and steering documentation.

• Publication monitoring offers a synthetic view of circuits in progress
• The history proposes a table of all validation circuits for all document versions.

Publication management

The management page proposes on the right the documents in progress grouped by step of the process:

• Edition / writing
• Visa / review
• Opinion
• Publication
• Publication deferred
• Read confirmation

For each document, the user can consult the metadata via the "Information" tab and the various opinions and information concerning the document via the "Comment history" tab.

History and Indicators

The "History and Indicators" page offers 2 tabs:

**The history **is a list of all system circuits. For each circuit, many pieces of information are available including the list and comments of reviewers.

A search filter can be applied. Columns can be hidden or displayed. This list can be **exported **( in different formats such as Excel, CSV, PDF, etc.). Sorts can be performed on columns.

The indicators tab displays 2 indicators: the distribution of documents by writer and the distribution of circuits by month.
