Management and monitoring of actions
Introduction
The Action Plan module offers specific pages for monitoring and managing all your actions.
- Action plan monitoring provides a synthetic view of current plans
- The history provides a table of all actions.
Action Plan
The management page displays, on the right, current action plans (by default) grouped by plan category. It is also possible to display closed action plans.
For each plan, the user can view, in the central part, the list of concerned actions. An action plan can contain as many actions as necessary.
From this page, the user can:
- View the details of each action by double-clicking on the concerned action and download the action report. For current actions, it is also possible to modify the priority or due date.
- Create a new action plan
- Create new actions
- Delete current actions
- Close an action plan (“Close” button)
- Generate (or regenerate) the plan report (in PDF)
- Download the plan report
- Add a plan evaluation

*Three display modes for plan actions*
For an action plan, there are 3 action display modes:
*List*:
Actions are in the form of a table. Current actions are on a white background. Completed actions are on a green background and canceled actions are on a hatched gray background.

It is possible to modify the values of the “Type”, “Priority”, “Due date” (corresponds to “Planned due date”) columns/fields via this interface. The modifications are reflected in the task to be processed only if the action is in the “Declaration” step.
*Kanban*:
Actions are in the form of tags sorted by progress status.

*Charts*:
Actions are in the form of charts: by status, by priority, by creator.

Evaluation History
It is possible to evaluate the action plan via the ‘New evaluation’ button of the ‘Evaluation history’ tab.

The following addition screen appears:

Create an action plan
To create a new action plan, the user clicks on *New Plan*. A window opens offering to enter a title, select the responsible, indicate a due date and an objective.
After completing the mandatory information, click on *Validate*.

Create an action
The creation of an action can be done from several modules, however the plan manager can directly, from the concerned plan, add new actions by clicking on *New Action*.

Close an action plan
When all actions are completed, the plan manager can close the action plan by clicking on *Close*.
Attention: in the case where the parameter below is set to Yes, you must also have a plan evaluation to be able to close it:

History
The history page offers a list of all system actions. For each action, much information is available.
