# My tasks

# My tasks

The task list represents the actions for which the connected user must intervene.

Once connected, in the left menu of the home page, a task lists element allows displaying the list of tasks of the connected user.

It is recommended to regularly check your tasks and act accordingly to stay up to date on the Agilium platform.

* Click on the "Tasklist" element to access your task list.

## View the task list by process

On the 'Task list' page, you can view the task list by process. To do this, select the concerned process and expand it to display all tasks related to this process.

### Filter tasks by status

It is possible to filter tasks by their status. You can choose from the following statuses:

* Pending
* Started
* Reserved
* Suspended

To apply a filter, select the corresponding status in the 'Filter by status' dropdown menu or use the search bar to enter the desired status.

### Filter tasks by progress stage

You can also filter tasks by their progress stage:

* To do
* Late
* In progress
* To apply this filter, select the corresponding progress stage in the 'Filter by progress stage' dropdown menu or use the search bar to enter the desired progress stage.

## Complete a task

On the task list table, for each listed task, a 'Do' button allows access to the task to be performed.

Once you have completed the task, it will automatically disappear from the 'Task list'.
