New Entrant: Have a new employee read documents
The creation of a new entrant and the consultation of new entrants is done via the menu "*Human Resources > History*".

The *History* screen contains:
- A "Declare a new entrant" button to add a new collaborator and have them read a bundle of documents from the DMS.
- The list of current new entrants (columns can be sorted, filtered, hidden). This list can be exported (in PDF, Excel, CSV, Text, etc. formats).

The last column (named "Documents") allows knowing the number of documents read by the new entrant compared to the number of documents to be read by the new entrant. This ratio is a clickable button that displays a popup like this:

This popup contains the following columns:
- The name of the document to read.
- The optional comment from the new collaborator (entered when they read the document).
- The sending date of the document to read.
- The reading date of the document by the new collaborator.
The request creator receives an email when the collaborator has read all their documents.
