# Referentials management for audits

From the home page, click in the menu on "****Administration / Referential management****" to expand the menu. This feature allows customization of the form dropdown lists. All application dropdown lists are customizable from the referential manager.

In the Continuous Improvement category:

* Quality referential
* Audit types
* Audit domain
* Finding type
* Audit (cf. Grid configuration)
* Criterion (cf. Grid configuration)
* Rating (cf. Grid configuration)
* Criterion Prefix (cf. Grid configuration)
* Audit statuses

### Audit types

It is possible to specify that an audit type concerns internal realization. In this case, this allows performing the preparation step during planning.

In the case where the realization is not internal, the audit will go directly to the summary step.

### Finding type

It is possible to configure a finding type so that it automatically generates the creation of a non-conformity and that it is associated with a particular NC type.

We see below the example of the finding type "Major Non-Conformity" which generates the creation of an NC that will be classified in the "Audit" type (cf. "SMQ Steering" page)

### Audit statuses

It is possible to modify the status label as well as the color (which appears in the schedule, and in the steering page)
