Roles and authorizations of the DMS

Roles

By default, 4 roles are offered for the operation of the DMS (excluding administrator).

SMQ_Doc_Consultation	Generic role offering access to the explorer (only to 'Active' folders containing published documents).
SMQ_Doc_Rédaction	Person proposed in the list of editors for a delegation. Can deposit a file (which will undergo the validation circuit to be published)
SMQ_Doc_Publication	List of people proposed as publisher of a folder or default role of the Publication step (if no publisher is specified for the deposit folder)
SMQ_Doc_Validation	List of people proposed for a review (or an opinion).
Admin	Platform administrator. He is the only one who can manually archive a document.
SuperUser	He can rename and delete a document and can take control of an account.

Rights

The possibility to add a file (or folder) is given through rights on the "Active" folder, via the "Write" box.

Example: to give the right to initiate a deposit only to publishers and ensure that editors are available only in the list of people who can receive the delegation.
