Stakeholder edition
The editing of a stakeholder (creation and data entry) is reserved for the "Admin" role (to be completed).
The upper part allows specifying the following elements
- Family, sub-family: selection from a list
- Type: selection from a list
- Linked process(es): multiple selection from a list
- Addition date: date
- Stakeholder expectation: free text
- Means to respond: free text
- Our expectations: free text
When you modify these elements, do not forget to click on the "Save" button.
The lower part displays several tabs:
- Evaluations
- Documents
- Risks
- Actions

"Evaluations" tab
The stakeholder is regularly evaluated. Adding an evaluation is done using the "Add" button.
The information to enter is:
- evaluation date
- influence level: selection from a list (cf. reference framework 'StakeHolders' > Influence Levels)
- interest level: selection from a list (cf. reference framework 'StakeHolders' > Interest Levels)
- potential impact: free text
- Proposed actions to implement: free text

Each cell in the header row is clickable. This allows sorting (ascending or descending) each column. The score is the multiplication of the influence level values by the interest level.
"Documents" tab
It is possible to add (and delete) documents using the 'Add' button (and using the trash can having checked the documents to delete). Only documents present in the Agilium DMS can be added.

"Risks" tab
The "Risk" tab is composed of 2 tables, displayed one under the other.
The 1st table allows specifying risks and the second allows entering and displaying evaluations on a selected risk.

Each cell in the header row is clickable. This allows sorting (ascending or descending) each column. Each data row is clickable. This allows displaying evaluations of the selected row or adding one.
*Adding a risk*
To add a new risk, click on the "Add" button of the 1st table.
The list of existing risks in the application is displayed.

If the desired risk exists in the list, check it and click on the "Select" button.
If the risk does not exist, click on the "Add" button then enter the information of the new risk:

After entering the elements, click on the "Save" button to validate the entry. The new risk is added to the previous list and is already selected. You just have to click on the "Select" button.
The values of the "Category" list are found in the reference framework "Action > Risks - Categories".
*Adding an evaluation*
To add a new evaluation, click on a risk in the 1st table then click on the "Add" button of the 2nd table.

The values of the lists: "Impact", "Probability" and "Risk Control" are found respectively in the reference framework "Action > Risks - Impacts", "Action > Risks - Probabilities" and "Action > Risks - Controls".
The score is the multiplication of the impact values by the probability.
"Actions" tab
Automatically, actions (by status: "in progress" and "completed") linked to the concerned stakeholder are displayed: that is, those whose origin is 'Stakeholder' (cf. reference framework 'Action' > Origin) and the supplier is the concerned stakeholder.
