Audit management and monitoring

Introduction

The module offers specific pages for audit monitoring and steering:

• The SMQ steering provides a synthetic view of audits in progress
• The audit list provides a table of all audits.

SMQ Steering

The steering page proposes on the left the audits in progress grouped by type (Internal, Customer, etc.)

The "Audit" tab of the "SMQ Steering" page displays by default all audits in progress. It is possible to display on the other hand the closed audits and to restrict the list to only those created by the connected user.

The home page of the right part displays a histogram of audits by type and by month, as well as the next 5 audits and a table detailing the completed audits

Each audit in the list is displayed in a box containing the main information. When an audit is selected in the left list, the right part displays the information entered during the different current and past steps (Program during preparation, Audit during realization, Possible findings, Possible actions, Graphs during summary).

Depending on the user's rights, it is possible to modify certain values of the audit, to (re)generate the report, to download the report (Word or PDF).

Audit list

At any time, it is possible to display the audit list via the dedicated menu.

Each column of the list can be sorted and filtered.
