Configuring audit grids
Introduction
Grid configuration is done through the configuration of 3 referentials:
- The ratings
- The criteria
- The audits
It is possible to create as many custom grids as necessary in the application.
An additional referential is also available
- The prefix configuration
Configure ratings
The first referential "Rating" is available in the "Continuous Improvement" category.
The referential allows defining the grid evaluation possibilities.
The referential proposes by default rating names (example: Compliance) containing the ratings (example: Conform and Non Conform).
Using the Add / Modify / Delete buttons you can customize the rating types.

By clicking on Add or Modify, the following window is proposed.
For the group, only the label is necessary.
However for a rating it is necessary to indicate:
- the label - text appearing on the button
- the description - additional text
- the color - button color
- the value - numeric value allowing to assign a number of points to the question/requirement
- the "NonConform" check box should be selected if the rating must open the non-conformity panel in the grid (area: Anomaly: Type, Comment, Immediate action, Proposed action).

Configure questions (criteria)
The "Criteria" referential is available in the "Continuous Improvement" category.
The referential allows listing the question groups and questions of the grids.
The referential proposes by default question groups (Example: Chapter 4 - Context) containing questions (Example: 4.1.1 Are the issues identified? ).
*Note*: Question groups can be grouped in a node for more readability (Example ISO 9001) but this is not mandatory.
Using the Add / Modify / Delete buttons you can customize the criteria.

By clicking on "Add" or "Modify", the following window is proposed:

For the question group you must complete:
- The label - title of the question group
- The description - additional text that will appear on the right
- The position - position of the question group in the questionnaire (otherwise by default they will be displayed in alphabetical order)
- Rating - after clicking on the + select the rating type (Example: Compliance) that will apply to all questions
For a question you must complete:
- The label - title of the question
- The description - additional text that will appear on the right
- The position - allows organizing questions in the group (otherwise by default they will be displayed in alphabetical order)
- The TypeNC - allowing to define the type of non-conformity that will be applied to the question (if no box is checked, it will be up to the user to categorize the NC during a non-conformity)
- The rating - allowing to select the rating (containing all evaluations to display) defined previously.
- The categorization - allows assigning one or more prefixes to the question. After clicking on the "+" symbol, select the prefix type that will apply to the question.
*Example of rendering* with the "Minor Non-Conformity" box checked in the "TypeNC" field (the anomaly type is forced):

Configure audits
The "Audit" referential is available in the "Continuous Improvement" category.
The referential allows listing the audits that will be proposed in the schedule.

By clicking on Add or Modify, the following window is proposed.
For each audit you must complete:
- The label - name of the audit with possibly its version
- The UIID of the audit report model used for generating the PDF report, if it is different from the report model common to all audits
- Color: color that can appear on the audit schedule (left vertical bar) according to the module configuration
- Criterion - after clicking on the "+", select the question groups created previously
- The list of NCs that will be proposed (if empty, all NCs will be proposed)

*Example* to restrict the list of anomaly types (on all questions of the audit)
- *Configuration*: fill the list of "Possible NCs".

- *Rendering*: the "Type" list of anomalies is restricted (on all questions of the audit, when the rating - here "Non Conform" leads to the selection of an anomaly type via the "NonConform" box checked in the rating)

Configure prefixes
The "Prefix Criterion" referential is available in the "Continuous Improvement" category.
The referential allows adding pictograms or text in addition to a criterion in the grids.
This referential is not mandatory for grid configuration.
*Note*: Prefixes can be grouped in a node for more readability (example: Category) but this is not mandatory.

For prefixes you can indicate:
- the prefix label
- the description
- the content - link to an image (internal to the Agilium platform or on the internet)

Thus you can have one or more prefixes (graphical and/or textual) before each of the questions in your grids, as below:

Thanks to the "Continuous Improvement > Audit grids" menu, it is possible to visualize the rendering of audit grids (without creating a test audit).
