Graphic objects
The containers
Containers allow structuring pages.
They are available in the "*Elements*" tab.
The following elements are found:
The "Columns" object
By default when adding a "*Columns*" object, 2 columns of width "6" each are proposed.
Whatever the number of columns, the total must be equal to 12.

On the right panel of this object, you can modify the horizontal and vertical arrangement of the elements it contains:

By clicking on a column, buttons allow you to modify the width, delete a column and add a new column.
For each column in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the width of a column,
- the background color.

To delete the "*Columns*" object, click on the container frame to display the deletion icon.
Warning, there is no deletion confirmation request.
The "Tabs" object

By default when adding, a "*Tabs*" object is composed of 2 tabs.

By clicking on a tab, you can delete a tab or add a tab.
For each tab in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the name of the tab,
- specify if the tab is open by default.

To delete a "*Tabs*" object, click on the container frame to display the deletion icon.
Warning, there is no deletion confirmation request.

The "Accordions" object
By default when adding, an "*Accordions*" object is composed of 2 accordions.

By clicking on an accordion, you can delete an accordion or add an accordion.
For each accordion in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the name of the accordion
- specify if the accordion is open by default.

To delete an "*Accordions*" object, click on the container frame to display the deletion icon.
Warning, there is no deletion confirmation request.

The "Field group" object
The "*Field group*" object allows grouping elements in a frame containing a title positioned at the top left.

You can drag tiles or graphic elements inside this field group.
For each field group in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the label of the field group.

To delete a "*Field group*" object, click on the container frame to display the deletion icon.
Warning, there is no deletion confirmation request.
The "Element container" object
The "*Element container*" object allows grouping elements in a frame containing a banner at the top in which a title is inserted.

For each container in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the label of the field group.
- the background color
- the icon

To delete an "*Element container*" object, click on the container frame to display the deletion icon.
Warning, there is no deletion confirmation request.
The document elements
The "DMS" object
The "*DMS*" object allows displaying the result of a search in the DMS (folders and files corresponding to specified criteria).

By default the result is sorted alphabetically and the number of elements per line is 6. On this last criterion it is possible to select a line display.
For each DMS object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the sorting
- the number of elements displayed
- the search performed as well as the parent folder where this search is performed.

To add an additional criterion, enter a term in the field located under the "*Launch search*" button then click on this button.

The "DMS search in page" object
The "*DMS search in page*" object is complementary to the "*DMS*" object. it allows, for the end user, to perform a search on the proposed results.

This object has no properties panel.
The "DMS search and result" object
The "*DMS search and result*" object is complementary to the "*DMS*" object. it allows, for the end user, to perform a search in the DMS.
For each "DMS search and result" object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the number of elements displayed
- the folder where this search is performed.

The "Image" object
The "*Image*" object allows inserting an image.
By default, the image will be displayed on the entire width of the page.
To limit the width, the image can be inserted in a column.

For each image object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the title of the image
- show or hide the title
- show or hide a border
- the image.

The "PDF" object
The "*PDF*" object allows displaying any PDF whatever its source.

For each PDF object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the title (which only appears if "See label" is checked)
- set the display height (from 1 to 10 units or adapts according to content).
- select the PDF (among those present in the PDF library),

To select a PDF in the library, click on the "Modify" button. You can add (via the "Add a PDF" button) and delete PDFs from the library.

The "PDF DMS" object
The "*PDF DMS*" object allows displaying a PDF present in the DMS.

For each PDF object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the title (which only appears if "See label" is checked)
- set the display height (from 1 to 10 units or adapts according to content).
- select the PDF file to display (among those present in the DMS)

To select a PDF in the DMS, click on the "Edit" button, then browse the tree to select the desired PDF. Validate your choice via the "Save" button.

Other objects
The "Task list" object
The "*Task list*" object allows displaying the list of tasks to be performed for the connected user.

For each "Task list" object in the properties on the right you can:
- select the process to display
- specify the activity to display (optional)
The "Title" object
The "*Title*" object allows displaying a page or chapter title.

For each "Title" object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the displayed label
- the banner size
- insert a background image
- the color
- the border

The "Text" object
The "*Text*" object allows displaying an area containing text with customized layout.

Via the right panel, you can modify the content of the block (in HTML language), the background color and the border width.
For each "Text" object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the text
- the background color
- the border size

The "Railway" object
The "*Railway*" object allows displaying a railway in the form of a simple graph, composed of several steps (steps). This allows visually informing users of the current step in a process comprising successive steps.

For each "Railway" object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the name of the steps
- the colored step (checked)
- add or delete steps

The "Function" object
The "*Function*" object (for the more advanced) allows calling a function (program) available in AgiliumWeb.
For each "Function" object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the label of the function
- the name of the called function
- the display height

The "Task weather" object
The "*Weather*" object allows displaying a weather tile with the number of tasks in the connected user's task list.

For each "Weather" object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the selection of task type (in progress, late, delegated)
The "Tracking Table" object
The "*Tracking Table*" object allows displaying a tracking table.

For each "Tracking table" object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- The label of the table
- select the tracking table to display
- show or hide various elements

The "Chart (SQL)" object
The "*Chart (SQL)*" object allows displaying a chart (histogram, pie chart, points) based on platform data.

For each "Chart" object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the chart label
- the chart type (horizontal or vertical histogram, pie chart, bubbles)
- the database alias (previously created in the platform)
- the name of the concerned table (name of the table in the database, which contains the data used for the chart)
- the name of the columns separated by semicolons - the first column is used for the abscissas.
- a WHERE condition to filter results (optional)
- the counting type among (month, year, …)
- the calculation operator {count, sum, max} to either count the number of elements, sum them or calculate the maximum
- add options (optional)
- the width and height of the chart in pixels
- the series colors

The "Iframe" object
The "*Iframe*" object allows inserting an iframe in the page. For example the result of a BI.

For each "Iframe" object in the properties on the right you can modify:
- the label (which only appears if "See label" is checked)
- the URL of the iframe
- the height (from 1 to 10 units or adapts according to content).

The "Process: matrix" object
The "Process: matrix" object allows inserting the summary of a process in consultation.

The "Process: indicator" object allows inserting the indicators of a process.
