Management and monitoring of non-conformities

Introduction

The module offers specific pages for NC monitoring and steering.

• The SMQ steering provides a synthetic view of NCs in progress
• The NC list provides a table of all non-conformities.

SMQ Steering

The steering page ("NC" tab) displays different information concerning Non-Conformities.

Example of an NC home page:

*Left panel*:

The left panel offers NCs (in progress or completed), grouped by type (Internal, Customer, etc.)

A color code, vertical bar on the left, indicates the status of each NC.

*Right side*:

The NC home page displays different graphical indicators (configurable) over a specified period.

These indicators can be filtered according to a particular process.

When clicking on a non-conformity (left panel), the details of it are displayed on the right page. For each NC, the user can consult all the information.

Depending on their rights, the user can modify certain NC information (configurable), download the report (in Word and PDF formats) and (re)generate the report.

History

The NC list is a table showing the history of all non-conformities in the system. For each NC, much information is available including the date, declarant, type, origin, etc.

Columns can be hidden or displayed. This list can be exported in Excel or CSV formats. Finally, sorts or filters can be applied to the columns of this list.
