Navigation screens

To access screen management, select in the administration menu (gear wheel) the menu "*Dashboards*" (also called *Dashboards*).

From the list of dashboards, you can: create a new screen, duplicate an existing screen, display a preview, or delete a screen.

Configure the home page

The home page is the page offered by default when the user connects or clicks on the logo at the top left.

In the list of existing dashboards, the "*Home*" column allows you to specify which dashboard is displayed by default to users.

Creating a new screen

From the list of dashboards, in the text area provided for this purpose, enter the name of your new dashboard, then click on the "*Add*" button.

The new dashboard is added at the bottom of the list.

Click on the *Edit* button to customize your dashboard.

Duplicate a screen

From the list of dashboards, click on the *duplicate* button of the screen to duplicate.

Indicate the name of the new page and click on *copy*.

Open a screen

From the list of dashboards, click on the *open* button to access the screen.

Modifying a screen

From the list of dashboards, click on the *edit* button.

The dashboard generator page consists of 3 parts.

• The left part contains the elements that can be added to the dashboard (via drag/drop).

It consists of 2 tabs: the "*Tiles*" tab and the "*Elements*" tab.

We advise starting by arranging the elements of the "*Containers*" part to the central part to create the layout, then inserting the other elements (tiles, blocks) inside these containers.

• The central part is the dashboard to be built, from the elements of the left part.
• The right part corresponds to the properties of the elements of the page. It allows you to modify, configure the elements.

You must therefore take this into account when you compose the page.

From the screen editor, you have 3 buttons:

• Open a dashboard: displays the dashboard selection/creation screen.
• Preview: displays a preview of the dashboard.
• Save: Saves the dashboard.

Delete a screen

From the list of dashboards, click on the "delete" button to permanently delete the screen.

A confirmation is requested before the permanent deletion of the dashboard.
