Roles and users

User management


To access user management, select in the administration menu (gear wheel) the menu "*Users*".



Users are presented in table form. It is possible to create / modify / delete user profiles.


To consult or modify a file, click on the name of the concerned collaborator.


Add a user


To add a new user, click on the button at the top right of the screen "Add a user".


You can also add a user by duplicating an existing user with similar roles (you will still have to enter their identity, their file will take the roles of the duplicated one)



The "*profile*" window allows you to enter the collaborator's information. Note that the following fields are mandatory.


  • Username (login that must be unique)
  • Password / Confirm password
  • First name / Last name
  • Email
  • Site
  • Language


The "*role*" window allows you to assign to the user, the role(s) available in the application.


Delete a user


To delete a collaborator, click on the red cross.


*Attention*: you will not be able to delete a collaborator if the latter has tasks in progress.


Role management


Role management allows you to create user groups that will allow, for example, to define rights on folders or to assign process activities.


To access roles, select in the administration menu (gear wheel) the menu "*Roles*".


Role "Delegator"


The "Delegator" role allows creating delegations on behalf of other users (in case of unexpected absence, for example). It is possible to create a delegation with a date already passed. In this case, the designated delegate will see the tasks in progress of the delegated person.


Add a role


To add a role, click on the "Add" button and enter the name of the new role.
